The Powder Mountain West Land Owners Association (PMWLOA) is a residential subdivision located adjacent to the Powder Mountain Resort.  There are 53 lots in the development.

The Association is governed by a Board of Trustees.  The Board has two standing committees:

• The Nominating Committee who is responsible to develop the slate of nominees to fill vacant director positions on the Board
• The Architectural Control Committee who is responsible to review and approve all new construction project, remodeling projects to existing homes and any site modifications including landscaping.
