The Powder Mountain West Land Owners Association (PMWLOA) is a residential subdivision located adjacent to the Powder Mountain Resort.  There are 53 lots in the development, 19 of which have homes on them.

The Association is governed by a Board of Trustees.  The Board has two standing committees:

• The Nominating Committee who is responsible to develop the slate of nominees to fill vacant director positions on the Board
• The Architectural Control Committee who is responsible to review and approve all new construction project, remodeling projects to existing homes and any site modifications including landscaping.

The Board may also appoint various ad hoc committees to handle particular issues.  Currently, these are the existing ad hoc committees:
